International Customers will recieve there tracking number through email once sent if you require international shipping an additional fee may occur.

We're so sorry, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed, they process way too quickly..
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT?
You sure can! We always do E- Gift Cards for our returns, and we have a few rules due to OH&S to see them go to our Returns & Exchanges page.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG CAN SHIPPING TAKE?
Transit times vary by country and shipping service so we cant tell exactly when you will recieve it.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.
All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations. (NOT ALWAYS!)
I RECIEVED MY ITEMS BUT THERE IS A FEE, WHAT DO I DO?
Customs fees are set by your country, we ain't got nothing to do with them. We can't control them at all . Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advancement fees accrued on a package.

There's a search bar at the top right hand corner of your page, chances are if you type in something even remotely close to what the item is called, you'll be able to pull it up. Is the item currently out of stock? You might still have a chance of finding it! If you see the item you love is out of stock enter your details in the contact form and with which item you are after and we will contact you and defiantly keep you in mind x

Returns & Exchanges
Refunds are always issued to an E- Gift Card.
Hold onto your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it.
It can take up to 4 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received.
If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return.
There are some item(s) we don’t take back:
Anything altered, worn, washed or missing its original packaging and tags.
Shoes that are dirty, scuffed, worn or returned with missing or damaged boxes.
Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits without their lining.
Pierced jewellery, or other beauty products where the packaging was removed.
If your return comes back with any of these listed items we'll destroy it and we will not be able to issue credit.
HOW TO SEND ITEMS BACK: (Return Shipping Costs Are On You)
To send back an item please make sure your items are in a secure back and use the return address

Processing returns takes up to 7 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse, so please be a little patient with us, we will get to your return ASAP to make sure that you are happy.
As soon as we process your return, we'll send you a confirmation email that store credit was issued. Your store credit is under the same email your order was placed with.
If you've received your order and something's wrong we need to know within 5 days. Don't wait a month, we won't be able to help. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect please send us a pic to firstname.lastname@example.org
